Stainless Steel Scraper & Dough Cutter 15CM

The 15 cm stainless steel blade on this bench scraper divides cookie and bread dough into equal portions, cleans sticky flour paste from a countertop in one stroke, and lifts rolled pastry without tearing. A centimetre scale etched along the blade enables rough portioning without a ruler. The rolled-top edge provides a firm grip during repetitive scraping. Well suited to home bakers who work with a variety of doughs, from soft biscuit dough to firm shortcrust pastry. After washing, dry the blade immediately; though stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, water left near the handle attachment can cause spotting over time.
