Palette Knife Angled / Offset

The offset angle of this palette knife raises the handle above the working surface, producing a natural wrist position when smoothing buttercream or ganache across the top of a cake without the hand pressing into the freshly frosted surface. The blade meets the cake at a low, consistent angle throughout the stroke. More comfortable for extended decorating work than a straight palette knife. Suited to home bakers and professionals who spend significant time smoothing and finishing cake tops. The offset design also works well for spreading batter into the corners of rectangular sheet pans. Wash and dry flat; the angled blade can develop an additional bend if stored under pressure.
