A pair of silicone oven mitts rated to 230 degrees Celsius, with a textured grip surface for handling hot pans and trays without slipping. Longer than standard fabric gloves, the mitts cover more of the wrist and forearm, important when pulling heavy trays from the close quarters of a countertop OTG oven where rack edges are nearby. Unlike fabric mitts, silicone is waterproof and does not absorb steam, making these practical for handling pots and kettles as well as baking trays. Suited to any home baker.
