Bundt Cake Pan Non-Stick

A non-stick bundt pan with a central tube and decorative ridged sides that produce the traditional ring-shaped cake with a fluted exterior. The central tube conducts heat to the interior of the batter, allowing a thick cake to cook evenly without the centre remaining raw while the outside overcooks. The fluted exterior becomes the presented top surface once inverted. Suited to home bakers making pound cakes, marble cakes, and party cakes where the shape itself provides the presentation without additional decoration. Grease every crevice of the mould thoroughly before use; the decorative ridges are where bundt cakes most commonly stick. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting.
