White Cake & Dough Plastic Scraper Large

A large white plastic dough scraper with a straight edge on one side and a curved edge on the other. The straight edge cuts through soft dough cleanly on a flat surface, while the curved edge follows the inside of a mixing bowl to retrieve every scrap of batter. Lighter than steel and gentler on non-stick bowls, suited to home bakers working with wetter doughs like brioche or choux where a metal tool might scratch the bowl surface. Hand-wash rather than machine-wash; the high temperature of dishwasher cycles can gradually warp the plastic edge and reduce effectiveness.
