Stainless Steel Hand Whisk (Small)

A small stainless steel balloon whisk approximately 20 to 22 cm in length, suited to whisking one or two eggs, making small volumes of custard, blending dry ingredients before sifting, and dissolving cocoa powder or gelatin into warm liquid without clumping. The tightly wound wire loops aerate quickly and clean easily. The compact size gives better control for delicate tasks where a large whisk is unwieldy. Suited to home bakers who bake for two and do not need a large whisk for every task. Rinse immediately after contact with egg; egg white dries hard and is difficult to remove from between wire loops once set.
