Stainless Steel Cooling Rack (Medium)

A medium-sized stainless steel cooling rack suited to cooling a standard 8-inch round cake, a half-sheet of cookies, or a batch of twelve cupcakes after they have been removed from the tray. The grid surface lifts baked goods 1 to 2 cm above the counter for full underside airflow. Suited to home bakers who bake standard-size batches. The medium format also fits inside most OTG and countertop ovens, making it usable as an elevated tray rack for items that benefit from airflow below during baking as well as above during the cooling phase after removing from the oven.
