Silicone Lollipop Mold

A food-grade silicone lollipop mould with circular flat cavities and a small notch at the base of each for a lollipop stick, used for making hard candy lollipops, chocolate lollipops, and isomalt decorative pieces. The flexible silicone sides release set candy without cracking it. Suited to home confectioners and chocolate decorators. For hard candy, the mould can withstand sugar syrup at hard-crack stage around 150 degrees Celsius. For chocolate, ensure the mould is completely dry before pouring; water causes chocolate to seize. Place lollipop sticks in the notch before pouring to ensure they are centred in the finished piece.
