Silicone Chocolate Mold (Bar)

A food-grade silicone chocolate bar mould with individual bar-shaped cavities for setting tempered or melted chocolate into bars, or for filling with flavoured ganache centres before sealing with a chocolate backing. The flexible silicone sides release set chocolate cleanly without cracking. Suited to home confectioners and chocolate enthusiasts who want uniform bar shapes at home. Pour chocolate to the top of each cavity, tap the mould firmly on the counter to release trapped air bubbles, and allow to fully set before flexing the silicone to release. Clean immediately after use; cooled residual chocolate is much harder to remove from cavities than warm.
