Mousse Surround Cake Collar 10cm x 10m

A ten-metre roll of clear food-safe acetate cake collar, 10 cm in height, used to line the inside of a cake ring or springform pan before pouring mousse or cheesecake filling. The acetate creates a perfectly smooth, transparent side surface on the set dessert once the collar is peeled away after chilling, a finish that no other method replicates. Suited to intermediate and advanced home bakers working with mousse cakes and mirror-glaze presentations.
